Horrible experience at the Point Loma location. Went in a right away the man that helped me made me feel like I was stupid for not agreeing with all the suggestions that they typically say you need besides a basic oil change. He rolled his eyes at me when I declined a service and unfortunately he did not have a name tag but it was the most awkward experience I have had . This place recently changed ownership and name and definitely has changed for the worse. They also left off a tire air cap so now I have low pressure in my tires because they are careless .

Yesterday, I took my car in to have my oil topped off. I also asked if they wouldn't mind removing my skip plate because it was falling apart and dragging on the ground. Without hesitation, I was greeted by Arthur & Christian with "Yes, we will take care of both issues." They showed me such amazing kindness. They made my day even better. They went above and beyond to help me resolve my issues, never wavering from being professional. I love having my car serviced at Oil Changers. Thank you Arthur & Christian!

My tire pressure light came on my BMW 240 I and I pulled into the oil changers and was met by Christian who gave me the best CustomerService. He was so polite, courteous, and professional. He gave me the Royal treatment and I didn’t pay anything for his service to check my air pressure in my tires. He also checked the tread to advise that I am not quite ready for a new tires. Others would probably have tried to talk me into getting new tires or something that costs a lot of money. Anyway, he was so wonderful that I decided to buy him and his fellow colleagues Starbucks from Next Door a small token of my appreciation. Thank you, Christian for your great service today.

This place is fantastic and quick! Every person who works here is so sweet and friendly, they facilitate such a welcoming environment. I also feel like I don’t know too much about cars so they were nice enough to talk some things through with me and I don’t feel like I am getting cheated or anything. They do a thorough job and you can see they do their work with care. They changed my oil, filled my tires, and topped off all my fluids! The lovely staff members that helped me today were Aron and Parker. They are great fellas, and hard workers There is always minimal to no wait. The entrance is at the back of the building.

The El Cajon location disappointed us, but sending us to the Point Loma location was the best thing they did. We were treated with respect the moment we arrived. We were listened to, our needs met, AND we even learned they do coolant flushes. We got that done as well! Our guy, Nathan, was great! I don't know who was under the car, but he was quick and very knowledgeable. They all work cleanly, efficiently, and together. They even honor our military, which my partner is. I highly recommend this location.
